Account Registration & Management

To open an account on kx999, you must provide accurate personal information. kx999 reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you believe the security of your account has been compromised, contact the kx999 support team immediately. kx999 is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

kx999 may request documents for identity verification at any time — such as a copy of your national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Likewise, kx999 may suspend or permanently close any account for specific reasons, including violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

kx999 supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
  • You must use a payment method registered under the name on your account.
  • Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
  • Confirmation of a successful deposit is generally provided instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawals are generally completed within 10–45 minutes.
  • Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Fraudulent Transactions: If any transaction is deemed fraudulent or suspected of being used for money laundering, kx999 reserves the right to cancel that transaction and hold the associated funds.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

kx999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms that must be read carefully before acceptance.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings earned from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user may use each offer only once.
  • Bonuses cannot be shared with or transferred to other users.
  • kx999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, kx999 reserves the right to investigate and forfeit the bonus.
  • Using multiple accounts with bonus offers is strictly prohibited.

VIP Program & Rewards

kx999's VIP program has 5 tiers. Each tier provides weekly cashback and exclusive benefits based on the user's activity on the platform.

Bronze

Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.

Silver

Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.

Gold

Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.

Platinum

Up to 1.2% weekly cashback and additional benefits.

Diamond

Up to 1.5% weekly cashback and the highest VIP benefits.

Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's activity on the platform. Cashback benefits are provided at kx999's discretion and may change at any time.

12.4 Entire Agreement
